Registration Steps (Please review these directions completely before beginning your conference registration).
1. SIGN IN: To register for this meeting you must sign in. If you are not a member, or you do not currently have an account from attending a prior meeting, you must create an account.
2. BEGIN REGISTRATION: Select the "Register Myself" button to begin the registration process.
3. REGISTRATION OPTIONS: Choose the conference registration option that applies to you. Please review your options carefully below.
FULL CONFERENCE: If you plan to attend the full conference, January 10-12, 2019, please choose the NAEMSP member or non-member registration option that applies to you. Note: Non-members also registering for the Medical Director's Course are entitled to member full conference rates as well as an NAEMSP membership good through December 31, 2019. Select the registration option entitled Non-Member Registration if taking Medical Director's Course to register for the conference at the member rate then register for the Medical Director's Course in the Program area that appears below.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR'S COURSE (MDC) OR PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS ONLY: If you do not plan to attend the full conference and will only register for the MDC or pre-conference workshops, choose the MDC/Pre-Workshop Only registration option. You can then select the items you desire from the Program section which follows in the registration process.
SINGLE DAY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION ONLY: If you plan to attend only single days of the conference, please choose the Single Day Only Attendance registration option and select your individual days from the Program section which follows below in the registration process.
4. QUESTIONS: Please provide information regarding your emergency contact and any special needs you may have. Be sure to click "Save Responses".
5. PROGRAM SELECTIONS: Under the "Program" area you may add the Medical Director's Course, pre-conference workshops, or single day registrations to your itinerary. There are also options to purchase a meal package for any guests that might accompany you, or register for the Fun Run.
6. CHECK OUT: After payment is provided a confirmation will be emailed to the address you specify.
Written notice of cancellation received on or before December 14, 2018 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee (to be processed after the meeting). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after December 14, 2018. Substitution of registrants is allowed.
